My Favorite Baby LotionA baby really isn’t a baby unless they smell like the original pink Johnson and Johnsons baby lotion! It is my absolute favorite smell on a baby! I used it faithfully on my children 25 years ago and now use it on my grandchildren. This lotion is not harsh on baby skin, it’s not watery nor too thick; its a perfect texture. It is gentle enough to use on all parts of babies, including head and downward parts. I thought, oh coconut oil, might change the smell but luckily it did not. The lotion keeps the baby’s skin soft and when snuggling, the smell is hard to resist to burry your head into baby and covering with kisses. If it only worked this way when is single women wear it around men! Haha. I would never use any other lotion on babies, even give it as baby shower gifts countless times over the years. Highly recommended for any baby.

I Did Not Expect to Like This Lotion, & I Love IT!When the box arrived in the mail, I could smell the fragrance from the lotion outside of the box. I loved the way it smelled. It has a very clean, gentle, fresh scent that was not overpowering. The new labels on the bottle are a softer look, a sweeter baby style I think.I like the new dispensing pump, it just twists to open, and to the right to close. The pump works well, dispensing a fair amount of lotion. The lotion itself seems to be a bit thinner than the original baby lotion, which I think was too creamy. The new brand of lotion is more absorbent, and doesn’t just sit on the skin. We had actually stopped using Johnson’s baby lotion a few years ago, and opted to use a competitor’s brand for a few reasons. One of the main reasons is because it was not moisturizing. It smelled good, and felt good with a creamy texture, but it did not absorb, and moisturize adequately. In fact it seemed a little harsh on our grand baby’s skin. I also did not like the fact that we were unable to find the exact ingredients for the fragrance with the old brand. We are a family with huge allergies, and need to know what we consume, and use in our daily lives. I went on line and checked to see if the fragrance ingredients were available with the new brand, and they were. I appreciate that, it’s hard to make a conscience decision to use, when you don’t know what the ingredients are. I also appreciate that coconut oil is a main ingredient. Coconut oil is very moisturizing, and does not leave a film like other types of oils do.
I highly recommend this new and very improved baby lotion, especially if you had given up on the old brand. I have been using it for a few days now as my daily moisturizer, and it has been a good 24 hour moisturizer, and I love the lighter scent.

silkyThis is super absorbent and works like a dream. I use it as well. One little pump does so much. It still has the wonderful scent we know and love and leaves baby’s skin soft and mommy’s skin silky too! Definitely a must have.

Brings back good memories!First of all, I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. I love this lotion. It takes me back in time when my daughter was a baby. I absolutely love the scent! Who doesn’t love the scent of a newborn baby just bathed and Johnson baby lotion applied to their skin? The pump works great for me. I cannot tell the difference in the scent. Yes it has coconut oil which is amazing itself.I honestly cannot smell the coconut oil. I received this yesterday and couldn’t wait to try it.
After bathing last night, I applied this lotion. It is so gentle and yet a calming scent. I love the way it makes my skin feel. It is not sticky. Takes a minute for it to absorb into my skin. There aren’t any dyes either. Johnson & Johnson has been around longer than most of us, dating back to 1893 when they first introduced Johnson Baby Powder. They are a reputable company with only the best ingredients in their products for our little ones and for us.
I highly recommend this product because of the pump and the gentleness and fragrance.

Moisturizing baby lotion for all of us babies 🙂Johnson Moisturizing Baby Lotion is probably the most recognized baby lotion there is and it certainly has a great fragrance. I raised my children on it and I chose this lotion because I have grandchildren that come somewhat frequently and a couple of them come for the summer; p.s. they are here now lol. So what makes this one different is that it has coconut oil in it. Now this bottle has a new shape and a new top that cannot be opened. Upon using it I found that the fragrance I expected from the pink bottle is fainter than usual and I assumed that is because of the coconut oil. However it still has the nice smooth feel and moisturizing as always. Well after using it, it’s not going to be for the grandchildren only but for grandma too. I like it and left it out on the bathroom counter so all can use it. This baby lotion is not for the little babies only but for us grown ones too :-).

Works great for adults too.This is a 16.9 ounce bottle of Johnson’s baby moisturizing baby lotion with coconut oil. It hydrates,nourishes and provides 24 hours of dry skin relief. This hypoallergenic baby lotion is enriched and leaves delicate skin baby soft. This lotion is gentle enough for babies and is suitable for the whole family. I used this lotion on my skin to see how it works. The skin was soft and hydrated.It also has a light scent like soap and is non-greasy. It also soaked in easy and didn’t just sit on the skin. I really liked the fact that it didn’t smell like baby powder scent. I checked after 24 hours to see if the skin was still hydrated,and it was.

Great Lotion for Adults tooThe only thing I found a bit odd, it does not state ‘with coconut oil’ on the front of the bottle. I would suggest that because someone may have an allergy to coconut/oil. The bottle is very nice and very convenient. I love the way the bottle nozzle can easily be closed and all pump bottles should open/close the same. The scent of this particular Johnson’s Moisturizing Baby Lotion with Coconut Oil is very identical to the Johnson’s baby lotion that we are all accustomed to knowing over the years. The scent does not linger but if you were to place a body part up to your nose after using, you would faintly small the aroma. What I like about the lotion is it absorbs quickly and altho it does contain coconut oil, there is not a spec of oily film. Not to sound pushy but if you have dry skin and have not tried this product, I would say do absolutely try it. My skin looks freshly renewed without an oily appearance. My skin is soft and subtle after use. I put it on after showering. The skin drinks it up fast and it does not leave residue on my clothing. Wonderful product but do view the back which states with coconut oil.

AwfulThis lotion gave my 3-year-old girls skin allergies on the back and torso. Apparently the formula is no longer the same.
