Extremely helpful!extremely helpful. started working within a week. i take in the morning and it covered the daytime hot flashes. added the a similar version of gummies (also from Walmart by springhill) at night. ….I sleep now ladies. just have a small fan that blows in my face.

No more hot flashes!If you’re menopausing and having flashes, I highly recommend trying these. Mine were out of control and I didn’t want to get on HRT. Check with your doctor first though especially if you’re on other medications because you never know!

This works well for me!Been using this for years for menopausal hot flashes, and it works! If you read the ingredients of other products for this problem you’ll notice this is the main ingredient. I simply went to the source ingredient and bought this. It’s cheaper, you can find it anywhere Dollar General even. I absolutely know it works! I’ve run out and noticed the difference!

Love but can never find anymoreThis has helped to keep me sane. Took about a week to feel effects but OMG! Thank you black cohosh gods!! My only regret is telling so many other people how good it is as I can’t find it anywhere but online and shipping always takes forever now. So try not to wait to order so you don’t end up miserable again while you wait for shipping….

Very pleasedI was starting to have hot flashes & a friend told me about this. I ordered it thinking it wouldn’t do much of anything. After only a few days I was having fewer hot flashes. After a week, they were gone. This totally works. I’ve been using it for about 2 1/2 months now.

This product didn’t do well for me. It didn’t meet my expectations. But everyone is different. What didn’t work for me may work for someone else. Afterall, this product was recommended, i tried it. it wasn’t for me.
