Teeth in trainingOur daughter said “We need more TRAINING toothpaste.” I said “HUH? For WHAT?” She replied “His TEETH!” “Why does he need TRAINING toothpaste? He licks the frosting off my cupcakes all the time!” I was kidding, but, our daughter-Mommy-was not amused. I never heard of Training Toothpaste–I bought the standard ‘kid’ toothpaste—we (my grandson and I) picked out an Angry Birds toothbrush–all set!–so I thought….. Upstairs to brush and “OH OH! This toothpaste is too SPICY!” spit-spit-spit! “Spicy” is our grandson’s ‘code’ for everything NOT pleasant–“SPOOKY” is in the same category. Our daughter told us about Orajel Training Toothpaste and wouldn’t ya’ know? After the “SPICY!” ‘experiment’ I bought Thomas & Friends Tooty Fruity Flavor the next day. End of the ‘spicy’ comments–in fact, the only ‘problem’ we have is our grandson wants to brush his teeth about 12 times in a row! I will absolutely promote good dental health—but–!!!!!! Thanks!!

Good for practiceThis is the only toothpaste I have used with my young toddlers. It’s sweet sugar free flavor makes it easy for active or fussy kids to accept to brush their teeth. It is perfect for little ones to practice brushing their teeth before they learn how to spit while also cleaning their teeth.

My daughter loves itMy 2-year-old loves brushing her teeth every night and morning. It’s got a fruit flavor she enjoys and it leaves her breath smelling nice and fruity.

Great for trainingI like that there is no color, and the taste is your typical fruity kids toothpaste. Both my son and daughter have used this and both enjoyed it. Great for learning how to not swallow your toothpaste! I don’t have to worry if it accidentally happens.

My son’s favoriteMy son, who is 2, has been using this for a year and loves this toothpaste so much so it’s difficult to get him to try anything else. We use fluoride toothpaste at night and this in the morning because of mixed reviews i have read regarding the effectiveness and safety of fluoride.

Best Training toothpaste.Perfect training toothpaste. My little loves the taste of this toothpaste so much so that I have to stop him from going overboard because he just always asks for more.

Great training toothpaste! My almost 3 year old loves the taste and gets him excited to brush his teeth! He is learning to spit it out, but I’m not worried if he swallows it since it’s safe!

Great taste, makes my kid want to brush. My kids loves it, great for starters while they get used to brushing their teeth with out the dangers that fluoride provides to little ones.

It’s good training toothpaste. My toddler loves this stuff. Literally eats it like candy. I only wish it came in a bigger tube. Since my kid uses way too much at once it goes quickly.

Decent for the price.Very fruity and the kids love the taste but as training toothpaste, it’s more of treat than prepping for a minty explosion with the real stuff. I would say it’s okay for the price but the you don’t get a whole lot so you might as well get 2.
