    it was a horrible experience. the item i ordered was suupposed to be 1 – 3pack and I was only sent 1 single, not the pack. when i called customer service, they refused to send me the additional 2 items and they wouldnt let me return the item, for a full refund……..the only thing they would do, is provide me a partial refund
