Can Bend my KneeOsteo Bi-Flex is allowing me 2 get out of bed. Before Bi-Flex my left knee would swell up so bad that I couldn’t safely get out of bed. It would be so swollen that I couldn’t bend my knee and couldn’t trust stepping down on my foot. I noticed a difference on the 3rd day of taking 2 tablets-less nighttime knee swelling and the ability to use my left leg because it would bend. After 8 days of taking Bi-Flex 2x a day I can trust my leg and get out of bed whenever I need -to the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning to start my day. The tablets are large, but coated to make swallowing easy.

So Far, So GoodAfter I received the Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Glucosamine Chondroitin I wanted to see if I really felt a difference in my joints after using it for 7 days as it was advertised on the front of the box. Having dealt with chronic joint pain in my hands and hips for years – I wanted to see if by adding this to my supplement regimen would really help. I am feeling a bit of a difference in the week since I started to take them – although I am only taking one pill a day I figured I would increase it if I didn’t feel any difference. So far so good.

This really works!I have been using these supplements for a few days now and they really work! I broke my knee playing soccer a couple of years ago and I have been feeling discomfort since then. I have been taking other glucosamine complements (from the dollar store) but those didn’t work for me. Since I started taking these ones I feel less discomfort on my knee and I feel better when running or walking. I will continue taking these supplements to see if the results improve in the long run.

Didn’t work for meProduct arrived in mail and was packed very well. I struggle with joint aches and pains and felt so good after I took one dose of this tablet. Unfortunately after taking the second dose I realized I had trouble with constipation. After researching, I discovered this could be a side effect of taking the supplement.
I had to discontinue taking the supplement secondary to the side effect.

Seems to be workingMy wrists and thumbs are affected by arthritis, especially in cold weather. I started taking this, and after a week I have noticed an improvement! I was uncertain about it, but have heard from other people that it really helps. The only thing I do not like about it is the size of the caplets. They are huge. I have to cut them in half and even then, they are difficult to swallow. So be prepared for that. The attached photo shows the size. Overall, I am pleased with the effects so far.

My joints feel betterI started taking these for seven days. It seem like they have helped with my joints. I do work out on a regular basis. I am 56 years old and I definitely get pain in my joints. They are number one pharmacist recommended brand. I like the sound of that. They give you a better range of motion. I feel like they’re working. I think I will notice more on their effectiveness after 30 days.I think the work in combination with my protein powder.

Really WorksI just tried these for the 1st time and they seem to really do what they say. I took 2 a day for 7 days and my knees do feel less pain and discomfort since taking them. I just wish the tablets were smaller. I roofed for 25 years and that job takes a toll on a persons knees. I still get a popping sound once in a while but that seems to be the norm for many folks over 60.

A good idea in a gigantic pillOsteo Bi-flex has ingredients proven in studies to help joint pain and stiffness, like glucosamine (1,500 mg!) cellulose (plant based cellulose, how nice!), and MSM. However, the tablets are so large I was afraid to swallowing one without cutting in two and it still hurt doing down. Perhaps I should have diced them into thirds, but I made it through a week of these and threw the rest away in search of something similar but in a jell tab, gummy, or a size easier to take.

No benefit for meI’m Not seeing any change in my joint function, sorry to say. I’m disappointed, it maybe I need to take this supplement longer than 20 days, since the recommended daily dose is 2 per day out of a 40 count. So as not to fully discount this product I will continue to purchase and take the Osteo Bi-flex so as to fully see if this product does what it claims. Although the pills are coated, it’s a rather large swallow! Especially since I have to take two a day.

Glucosamine ChondroitinI have Multiple Sclerosis and I am wheelchair bound. I have arthritis in my left knee and sometimes it hurts really bad when I transfer into or out of my chair. I was really hoping that this Osteo Bi-Flex would help relieve the excruciating pain I have. But after taking this pill twice a day for ten days, I haven’t felt any ease in my discomfort. I would give this product a thumbsdown.
