Can’t stand the new fragrance.This used to be my favorite hand soap. For more than a decade, it was the only hand soap I kept in my house. With my last refill, I’ve discovered that they have changed the fragrance. At first I thought something was wrong with my sinuses. (I hadn’t noticed the “new fragrance” wording on the label.) I’m glad it wasn’t actually me, but I’m sad that I will no longer be able to use this product. The original fragrance was pleasant, very mild, smelled very natural, and it didn’t linger too long. This new fragrance is much stronger, it has a “cheaper”, “faker” feel like sickeningly sweet vending machine dessert pastries that have infinite shelf-life, and that scent lingers on your hands all day. It is still effective as a moisturizing soap, but that new fragrance has forced me to search for a new household hand soap.

BAD NOW — No longer smells like Milk & HoneyThis WAS a great product. Been using it for years. But they recently changed the formulation in 2022, and now this smells NOTHING LIKE milk & honey. It smells like laundry detergent now. Epic fail. Why in God’s name change a formula that was just fine, to something different?????

New scent stinks!I’ve been using the Milk and Golden Honey scent for years and always loved the clean fresh scent. However I recently picked up the 50oz refill and unfortunately didn’t notice “new fragrance” on the bottle. Why in the world did they change the scent to a horrible and disgusting perfume smell? Within a few minutes after washing my hands, I started sneezing (I’m extremely sensitive to scents) and my head started hurting! That’s just how strong this new scent is. I agree with the other reviews to request that they please bring back the old scent! Quit messing with a consumer favorite. This obviously wasn’t a good change which is apparent by the numerous other negative reviews. And it appears you changed ALL the other scents as well (aloe and antibacterial) because those reek of perfume too. I will be finding a new brand of soap to buy unless the previous formulas return.

Softsoap Milk & HoneyNew fragrance is terrible. I loved the Softsoap Milk & Warm Honey but this replacement has a terrible odor. So sad since I have been buying it for a long time and now will have to find a replacement.

Unnecessary change to Milk & Golden Honey scentBeen buying Milk & Golden Honey for decades. They only mild scented soap on the market. Why change it now? So many harsh, pungent scented soaps on the market. Why make this another? What an awful business decision.

Milk and Honey new scentI bought Milk & Honey for years. The new scent is absolutely horrible. It is so strong that we can no longer use it. We always liked it because it was mildly scented. Soft Soap go back to the original scent, please!

HATE the new milk and honey scent!Very disappointed with the new milk and honey scent. I have been using this soap for years since I was little and bought a new bottle of it today. I immediately noticed the terrible new scent. It is this disgusting overpowering perfume floral scent and I can barely smell the milk and honey. How exactly is this new and improved? Why did you take a perfectly good product and change and ruin it? Formula feels different too and my hands feel dry. There are tons of bad reviews. Bring back the old one!

I love have “My Items” list for reordering.I love the list of my items to make reordering easy. SO WHY ATE YOU FILLING MY LIST WITH ITEMS I HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER ORDER?? it makes my list worthless. No more quickly finding what I need . Cannot delete either as another things fills the space at once.

BRING BACK THE ORIGINALI have been using Milk and Honey liquid soap pretty much my whole entire life. So when I went to my local grocery store and picked up a “New fragrance” bottle and brought it home I smelled the difference right away. VERY DISAPPOINTING! It smells so strong like perfume just like every other hand soap out there. Everyone in my family uses this soap because its subtle compared to many soapS on the market. For someone who is very sensitive to smells my family and I can not use this product any longer. We’re buying up all the rest of the original scented bottles from the stores that we can find and are dreading the day when the original will no longer be on the shelves. Please for the sake of people who are sensitive BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SCENT!
